Awaiting the toss of candy from parade participants, eighth grader Brooklyn Fobbe looks to help her younger cousins. “My favorite part about the parade was helping my little cousins get candy and watching the floats go by with them,” said Fobbe. The parade lasted a few hours, so Fobbe could get plenty of candy.
