Playing her clarinet, eighth grader Alyssa Jude participated in the junior high portion of the winter band concert. “ I really enjoy band, but sometimes it can be kind of scary to go perform on stage,” said Jude. “Recently when I get on stage I am a little nervous, but as soon as I start playing the fear goes away.” Jude has been playing in the band since fifth grade.
