Grips, kips, flips, and beating the Bulldogs–gymnasts showed off their skills last Friday. “The meet went really well, both JV and varsity won, which was good. I feel like I did the best on beam because I tied for third,” said Sophomore Calli Hadler who competes all-around for the junior varsity team.

The meet last Friday took place at home and was against the Paynesville Bulldogs. “Personally it was an alright meet against Paynesville and as a team we did super well taking the win,” Sophomore Eva McClelland said.

The team only has two meets left, conference and sections. “The team and I are working towards cleaning up our skills, making our routines precise, and perfecting the little things that will make a big difference before conference,” said Sophomore Abby Gagnon. The team scored a 127 on Friday and are hoping to reach 130 before the end of the season.
